Our comfortable and luxurious rooms are modern, bright, clean, and safe.  Each room is equipped with orthopedic, chew-proof, and anti-microbial dog beds and comfortable bedding that are cleaned daily to provide the ultimate luxury for your dog.  During your dog's stay with us, he/she can play in our cage-free doggy daycare during the day and rest in his/her private luxury suite for a good night's sleep.  Our boarding space has smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, natural gas detectors, sprinklers, and surveillance cameras with sound capabilities installed to ensure that your pets are safe under our care, not to mention we are also less than a minute away from our local fire station.

During your dog(s) stay with us, he/she will receive:

  • Private room accommodations 

  • Cage-Free play in our indoor daycare facility

  • Maintenance of face and eyes

  • Orthopedic, chew-proof, anti-microbial dog beds 

  • Outdoor potty breaks and/or walks throughout the day

  • Soothing music during nap and sleeping times

  • Unlimited supplies of fresh and filtered water

  • Food and/or treats fed throughout the day, as specified and provided by owners

  • Downtime and rest time during appropriate hours

  • Staff update at the end of your dog's stay

  • An extremely happy, fulfilling and tiring vacation for your pup!

Intake Assessment

Prior to accepting your dog for boarding, we must conduct an intake assessment to determine your dog’s fit into our facility.  Our assessment consists of your dog meeting our staff, get to know our facility, meet existing dogs that are part of our current daycare.  For best results, we recommend a minimum of two (2) visits to our facility to ensure familiarity for your dog during his/her boarding stay with us.  Please note that our intake assessments are by appointment only and can be booked Mondays - Fridays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.  Should you require an appointment beyond the hours specified, please contact us to arrange.

Vaccinations

To ensure safety for you and your pets, all pets must be current with vaccinations or have a valid titre test certificate.  Pet owners are required to bring proof of vaccinations or titre test upon registration.  We reserve the right to refuse entrance should vaccination proof not be provided. Please consult our Health and Vaccination Policy page to ensure compliance.

Booking

To secure a reservation for boarding, all bookings will require a non-refundable deposit for the first night’s stay, at least one (1) week prior to the Service Period requested.  Full payment for the Service Period is due upon Drop-off/Check-in.  A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon Drop-off/Check-in.  Any incidentals, extra nights’ stay or additional fees (including medical expenses) incurred during your pet’s stay during the Service Period will be charged to your credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Woofur requires 72 hours notice for all overnight boarding cancellations, and 24 hours notice for all daycare cancellations.  Please note that overnight stay deposits are non-refundable but can be converted to store credit if sufficient notice was provided prior to the appointment. 

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

To ensure rooms are made available on time to our scheduled guests and to ensure sufficient time for housekeeping, we recommend that you adhere to the standard drop-off and pick-up times below.  Earlier drop-off times or later pick-up times are available at our standard daycare and early dropoff/late pick up fees.
