Pre-Paid Package Extension Policy

As stipulated on our Daycare & Boarding Policies, and on your sales receipt, all pre-paid Woofur Daycare Packages have a validity period of six (6) months from the date of purchase and Boarding Packages must be used within 12 months from the date of first use. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, which may cause you not to be able to use up all of your visits within the validity period; therefore, under certain circumstances, we will allow customers to purchase a 30-day Package Extension Fee to extend the expiration date of your package and to keep your package current.

Package extension fees must be purchased in-store or over the phone with us directly, PRIOR to the expiration date of your package. Please call us at 416-238-7358, or email us at info@woofur.ca, as soon as you would like to purchase an extension fee and BEFORE the expiration date of your package. Unfortunately, if your package has already expired, we cannot reactivate it.

Pricing Structure for Package Extension Fees:

First 30-Day Extension - $30 + HST

Second 30-Day Extension - $60 + HST (i.e. a total of $90 + HST when including the first extension)

Third 30-Day Extension - $90 + HST (i.e. a total of $180 when including the first and second extensions)

Additional 30-Day Extension - $90 + HST for each subsequent 30-day extension beyond the first 90 days

NOTE: This Pre-Paid Package Extension policy is subject to change without notice. It is offered to our clients in good faith, with its primary purpose being to encourage the use and completion of prepaid packages within a reasonable timeframe.
